Soak the oats in warm water for 10 minutes to soften.
Add chopped mangoes and honey (or sweetener of choice).
Pour in chilled water as per your desired consistency.
Give it a quick blend.
Pour over ice cubes in a chilled glass.
Drink immediately.

You can replace the water with milk of choice. Using honey is optional; use a sweetener of choice or skip it. Use the water/milk to adjust the smoothie’s consistency.
