A thick smoothie rich with the sweetness of juicy mangoes and fibre-rich oats.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Oats
  • 1 cup Mangoes chopped
  • ½ cup Warm water
  • ½ teaspoon Raw honey optional
  • Chilled water as required
  • Ice cubes as needed
Instructions
  1. Soak the oats in warm water for 10 minutes to soften.
  2. Add chopped mangoes and honey (or sweetener of choice).
  3. Pour in chilled water as per your desired consistency.
  4. Give it a quick blend.
  5. Pour over ice cubes in a chilled glass.
  6. Drink immediately.
Recipe Notes
  • You can replace the water with milk of choice.
    Using honey is optional; use a sweetener of choice or skip it.
    Use the water/milk to adjust the smoothie’s consistency.
